Oh my, do I have a lot of catching up to do on the blog! I’m still getting back into the swing of things here at school. Still it’s hard to believe this is only the third week, it feels like I’ve been here forever! Fortunately this looks like it’s going to be a fairly light week, so I’m hoping I’ll be able to post more often. Of course, now that I’ve said that something crazy is going to happen and I’ll be incredibly busy…
Starting next week I will be a bit more pressed for time, though, as I start rehearsals for Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors! It will be my first time performing Shakespeare and my first mainstage straight play here at school, so I am both excited and nervous. I will keep you all updated with how it is going!
On to the outfit: yet another simple DIY dress that I completely neglected to take before and after pictures of. Though it would probably be an insult to your intelligence to post them even if I had taken some because I literally just chopped the bottom off the dress. No hemming, nothing. So directions: find a maxi overall dress at Goodwill on a stroke of luck, chop it off beneath the pocket, and put it on your body. Voila!
